We all fall apart sometimes and the hardest thing to do in the moment of suck is to embrace it.

“There is no light at the end of this tunnel” I said out loud once upon a time.

But, the second I stopped asking why this is happening to me and asked what I could learn from this the tiniest speck of light revealed itself. I kept walking towards it and soon the tunnel was something I saw in my rearview.

Sometimes, it feels unbearable, but there is a really good point to it. It’s supposed to be happening for you and it’s right on time. This is your growth.
